These courses can be conducted at your church or chosen location. Developed on the premise that if you “build the people, the people will build the Church,” these courses are conducted on a weekend and are suitable for everyone.

These courses will allow participants to focus their life values, mission, and goals from a biblically sound point of view. They gain skills in life planning, learn how inner thinking and belief systems impact behavior and attitudes, and establish a Christ-centered, long-range perspective.

Relationships are often the bridge that Jesus walks from one person’s life to another. Relational skills are needed for virtually every ministry of the church. Class members gain skills and confidence in initiating and developing deeper relationships, building people, and creating opportunities to minister to others.

Class members will learn how to lead interesting and meaningful small groups, achieve maximum participation, and build Christ-centered community. They will also be given the skills to communicate effectively.
